Introducing The Mindful Mareathoner

 I have been wanting to expand Mareathoner events and to curate something related to self care. I want to grow our community so we can gather to help each other and also grow ourselves.


Introducing The Mindful Mareathoner.


It's a six week series that will focus on yoga, meditation and meaningful discussion.  Each week we will focus on a new topic.  We will do one hour of yoga, safe for all levels, and then have a discussion to learn more about ourselves based on that week's topic. I am thrilled to be hosting this series and hope you will register to join us.
