Anxiety usually comes on without warning, giving you no time to prepare for the wave of tightness, shortness of breath, heart-racing feelings and a myriad of other symptoms. Not cool. Recently in the Mareathoner Facebook Group, a member posted that she'd had a panic attack and was disappointed that she couldn't remember what to do. So, I thought I would create this video to give you those tools ahead of time.

These are the things that help me ease my mind and body when anxiety strikes. I've also included some of the things I do on a regular basis to keep my anxiety at bay. I would love to know what you do as well.
