How I Function When I'm Exhausted
Do you suffer from disrupted sleep? In our house, as I raise my eight-year-old son with Autism, our nights are more often than not disrupted. For example, the other night we were up from 2am to 5am. Snooze right? Sleep can be so difficult whether we are raising kids or up with an overactive mind, it's hard. In this video I share my advice on how I manage to function on little to no sleep.
